Gold? You mean that shiney US Dollar denominated yellow metal that has become inexplicably and completely invisible to investors since the rise of silver of late despite the weakness in the said Dollar? The one that has returned a net sum of zero since November (factoring in the USD) while silver has returned over 30% in the same time? The one that is supposedly less volatile than silver except lately? Well, I still believe in it, (the contrarian in me) but man it hasn't been much fun for the last few months watching it get sand kicked in it's face at the beach by that 90 lb. weakling silver. Just calling em as I see em.
