Jeez - have you seen the action at the 11:30 London fix and 1:30 crimex fix?
It's been pretty bad lately. On low volume days, they just push it down right into the close, probably with help from traders. On higher volume days, traders front run it , and then bail if they don't see the push from the cartel coming, which causes a spike up.
